Our sessions include materials that will be used during group settings that are confidential and discussed in an accepting environment. The one-on-one sessions provide that individualized support each Mom looks for; Goal setting, problem solving, etc. The Momz Program is a place where we can discuss Budgeting, Hygiene, Cleaning, Discipline, and many more subjects. All moms are welcome!
